RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS POLICY

At 24esque, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and limited inventory drops, we have a strict return and exchange policy.

 

Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be unwashed
  • The item must be unworn
  • The item must have original tags attached
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • The customer must provide valid proof of purchase/order ID

Customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale periods
  • Discounted products
  • Limited edition drops
  • Customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned after 7 days

Exchange Policy

Once your returned product passes quality inspection:

Customers may choose:

  • Exchange for another size (subject to availability)
  • Exchange for another product
  • Store credit valid for 1 year

Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns will only be eligible for:

  • Product exchange

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive:

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

International Shipping

International orders are typically delivered within:

7–15 business days

Additional customs duties/taxes may apply depending on the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

FAILED DELIVERY / RTO POLICY

If a customer:

  • Provides incorrect address
  • Is unavailable for delivery
  • Refuses delivery

And the package returns to us:

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer
  • Refunds may not be applicable

 

LOST / DELIVERED PACKAGE ISSUES

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

After 7 days, 24esque may not be able to investigate the issue with courier partners.
